Summer crochet love

Hellooo! For this post I wore probably my favorite top for this summer. Summer knitwear is a very popular trent this summer and this top is a very good choice because it combines nice crochet designs with the trend of knitwear and it is also a crop top. In order to not wear another plain pair of shorts I chose this jean skort which is a skirt and shorts and makes the outfit more interesting. The symbol of the eye is also very popular and appears in many different designs and patterns. This necklace is a little bit more unique with a purple eye that seems more realistic than the typical design.

I hope you enjoyed another summer post of my outfits! Enjoy the rest of the summer wherever you are and I will see you at the next one.

Skiathos Paradise

A few weeks ago I visited the island of Skiathos with a group of friends. I must admit that it is one of the most beautiful and picturesque islands I have ever seen. I loved strolling around the island, taking photos in the small roads and enjoying the sun and the sea.

The nature around the island was extremely beautiful. Many different colors, all bright and vibrant joined together to form an incredible summer atmosphere.

Of course the weather was extremely hot and I needed something light to walk around the island in the morning. For this outfit I chose a nice dress with a not so thick fabric in order to avoid heavy and hot clothes. My favorite sandals were again my choice, as they are for pretty much most of my outfits this summer. What was left is a small bag to carry the essentials and not bother my self with heavy and bulky handbags. This one also gives a nice pop of color to make the outfit look more like summer and fun.
Taking photos of interesting corners and random things on the island was my favorite. They all seem like art to me, which I love.
I hope you enjoyed one more summer post and got an idea of how much beauty and fun this island acquires. I wish you all have an incredible summer and visit beautiful places that will create unforgettable memories.

Athens it is!

So last week I was in Athens for two days and I got to remind myself for once again how much I love Athens! I love the streets of Plaka, the beautiful nature around there, even the busy roads of the center of the city where you get to notice each and every person running around. I just love its atmosphere. However, there was one problem. The unbearable heat. I already knew that it was going to be super hot, and therefore I chose a very light outfit to keep me cool.

I am wearing there summer shorts with a very interesting pattern, mixing different shades of blue. It is made from a very thin material that helped a lot. The top is another very light one made of a sort of silk material. It is also white, which makes it more cool because it does not attract the sun.

Some silver chains were great for this outfit because they are not bulky and they are easy to wear. It feels like you are not even wearing any jewelry.

How much do I love these sandals?! They are so thin and light but very stylish and unique. I think they are my favorite purchase of this summer. They go with everything and so I wear them pretty much everyday!

Of course I had to take some photos of the beautiful nature around the center of the city. Here, I was at the National Garden and I noticed these beautiful colorful flowers that I adore.

By the sea.

Hello hello! This is another summer post with a summer background, of course by the sea!
On a very hot summer day, even in a big city you would always chase the sea. That is what I also did, in combination with a great summer outfit in shades of blue

Off-the-shoulder tops and dresses are very fashionable this summer and they are also cool because you get a little bit less hot with your shoulders out. This particular one is made out of a jean material and I really love it because the color screams summer and the ruffles are my favorite.

A short necklace would be an interesting choice for off-the-shoulder tops because they let the top stand out without any chains or stripes confusing it.

White shorts are very fashionable and stylish for summer because they are more bright and feel more light and cool than regular shorts. What I did is tie a small scarf around the shorts instead of a belt, which I find very interesting. I think it is more of a summer choice rather than a heavy leather belt. Also, the scarf floats in the air as you walk, which gives a nice movement to the whole outfit.

Beige platforms are a beautiful choice for summer because they go with everything and they do not tire you as much as heels do.

I hope you enjoyed this outfit as much as I did and got a feeling of summer through it. I encourage you to pick your summer outfit and go out, even if you are still in the city, and take some photos. Find your own place of inspiration for summer and embrace it through your photos.

The blog is back! (Artistic element)

The blog is BACK! It is back with a new concept. I have decided to combine fashion with art, my two passions. Every post will include one drawing of mine inspired by the particular post. My first new post includes a spring outfit with a skirt that I literally love. It is a skirt with suede pouches and different shades of blue, reminding me of summer. The suede material has been really popular lately, so the combination of the material with the color makes the skirt a unique piece. To make it stand out, the top has to be a plain one. Thus, I paired the skirt with a black shirt that despite the fact that it is simple, its babydoll vibe or night-slip top with the black lace makes it a little bit more special. These type of tops are very trendy lately because they are both simple but yet girly and romantic.
The jewelry I used is only the earrings, which stand out as well due to my hairstyle, a relaxed up-do. They are unique because they have grey  diamonds, which makes them look vintage and old.

The shoes are lace up ballerinas, inspired by the jimmy choo style. They truly are a statement piece since lately they appear all over the fashion magazines and the Internet.

The purse is a small black one with gold hardware, a simple yet unique one again to let the skirt pop out. I love how this outfit turned out and I hope you like it as well. Also, I hope you like my idea of incorporating my drawings as well, since it is a great way to show you my art side as well. I will try to make each drawing unique and use different ideas and material. I hope this post inspired you to use a pop of color in your outfits, as well as starting to exploring an artistic side in you by making little sketches here and there of what really inspires you.

Denim summer love.

Hello hello again! Here we go with another summer post. Most of you must be swimming and having fun by the beach but for those of you (like me) who are still in town here is a fashion post. Last week i bought this denim skort (skirt + shorts) which is really on trend right now. Considering it is summer i got it with a denim fabric so that it is more light and airy. (denim skort from zara). The top i paired it with is a white crop top with some cute cut out details also from zara. I decide to go more neutral with the shoes so the nude ones balance the outfit. The much loved brown bag is from bershka bought a very long time ago. I hope you like this summer fun post as much as i enjoyed photoshooting for it! Have a great summer and see you soon again :)
